I work with adults, young people, students, and organisations who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, make conscious choices, and discover the direction that feels genuinely their own.
Through Life Purpose Coaching, Reiki energy work, breathwork, conscious living practices, and experiential workshops for students and corporate teams, I create practical spaces where inner awareness can gradually translate into clarity, confidence, emotional balance, resilience, focused action, and purposeful living.
My student workshops focus on developing inner intelligence, self-awareness, emotional understanding, mindful decision-making, and the ability to navigate academic and life pressures with greater clarity.
My corporate workshops bring mindfulness and conscious living into the workplace, helping teams develop greater presence, mental clarity, focus, emotional awareness, resilience, and intentional action, particularly in high-pressure environments.
My approach brings together two distinct areas of experience: over a decade in Marketing and PR and my ongoing work in consciousness, wellbeing, energy practices, and life purpose coaching.
This allows me to support not only inner transformation, but also the practical expression of ideas, strengths, creativity, communication, and purpose in the real world.
Based in Abu Dhabi and working with people worldwide through online and in-person sessions, I believe that meaningful direction does not always come from trying harder or following someone else’s idea of success. It emerges as we become more aware of ourselves, learn to distinguish our own inner truth from external expectations, and bring our thoughts, emotions, abilities, and actions into greater alignment.

Reiki: Energy That Flows Through Us All
Reiki comes from the Japanese words “Rei” (universal) and “Ki” (energy), meaning universal life energy. It is completely non-religious and is the same energy our bodies naturally absorb during rest, food, or simply from being in nature. Reiki doesn’t require any belief system or spiritual practice; I also incorporate crystals to deepen the Reiki experience, channelling this universal energy to help the body, mind, and energy field restore balance, release blockages, and support natural healing.
